Mark Your Housekeeping Decisions
For each mandate, decide whether to Retain, Remove, or Update. Add a reason for your decision to help PPBD reviewers understand your rationale.
Search the Official Document System
Add or update mandate citations using validated data from the UN Digital Library and ODS. Search by symbol or title to get metadata including title, year, issuing body, and PDF link.
Built-In Review Process
PPBD reviewers can approve entity decisions with a single click. Approval status is visible to all, ensuring transparency in the review cycle.
Discuss and Coordinate
Add comments on any mandate to flag issues or coordinate. Comments work across entities sharing a mandate, enabling cross-entity coordination.
